Over the course of 2 hours we will interact with the forest through sight, sound, touch, smell, and taste allowing daily tension to dissolve into the natural landscape.
- Opening Circle: Engaging our senses through gentle meditation.
- Sensory Invitations: Exploring the forest and nature with our senses engaged.
- Create a plant pot and plant a seed: Using our senses to create a plant pot and plant a seed to take a piece of nature home.
